  I ordered and paid for a sofa, they told me it would be 4 - 6 weeks, after 8 weeks I'm still waiting. I have rung multiple times and they say it is made but they can't tell when it will be here until the truck gets here. You can't tell me they don't know when they are receiving stock. The staff and management don't care, their attitudes are a disgrace. Once they get your money, the customer service goes out the window.

  Twice now I've gone to make a purchase, each time the customer service was poor, very few customers and no acknowledgment from the staff until we headed out the door. Spent our money elsewhere on both occasions.
